Cancellation Policy 

Notice Period


•    We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling requests.

Late Cancellations
•    Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a 50% service charge.

No-Shows
•    Clients who do not attend their scheduled appointment without prior notice will be charged 100% of the service fee.

•    These fees are automatically applied to your account electronically, and you will be notified immediately of how to make your payment. 

How To Notify Us 


•    Cancellations are only accepted over the phone, you are welcome to leave us a voicemail and this will count and will be time stamped and recorded. 

•    We do not accept cancellations via email, message, social media, contact form, or any written communications. These portals of communication are not monitored closely enough to enable you to cancel your appointment efficiently. 

Booking Deposits

 

•    Deposits are taken in extremely busy periods to ensure we have optimum diary management, ie Christmas and holiday periods. 
•    Deposits can be requested if a client has a high frequency of late cancellations or no shows

•    Deposits, where required, are non-refundable and will be applied toward your service.
•    In the case of late cancellations or no-shows, deposits may be retained in accordance with this policy, and/or voucher credit and account credit. 

Consideration


•    We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. Where possible, please notify us as soon as you can so we may offer your appointment time to another client.
•    Fees are at the discretion of the Manager and can be wavered for some special circumstances.
