Guest Policy 

Children

•    Children are not permitted to attend the salon with you for your treatment. 
•    We only allow children to attend the salon if they are a paying client, yet under 16s must be accompanied by an adult. 
•    Services are charged in full for children and no reduction will be applied to their treatment. 
•    Treatments can be tailored to suit the age of the client, ie facials and manicures
•    Waxing is permitted with the parents consent and chaperone 
•    Bikini waxing is only available over the age of 16, advanced bikini waxing is available for over 18 only.

Accessibility 

•    Our ground floor is comfortably accessible by most mobility aids and wheelchairs 
•    Sadly due to the design of the building there is no downstairs toilet, therefore if you have mobility issues please factor this into your appointment with us
•    Our downstairs area can accommodate the following treatments on a ground floor level either in a comfortable chair or a wheelchair - manicures, some pedicures and facial waxing
•    Although general pet dogs are not permitted guide dogs are very welcome in our salon.

•    To ensure that we can meet your needs as much as possible, and that we can ensure you receive exactly what treatments you require in a downstairs setting, we advise that booking over the phone is best. Our wonderful Reception Team can assist you in the booking process, and take the stress away of organising your treatments with us.

Accompanying  Guests

•    Sadly due to limited space we are unable to accommodate accompanying guests  to adults unless this is a genuine assisting need, so this applies to clients who might bringing along a friend to their treatment.  
•    We like to prepare a space that will be large enough to comfortably accommodate our therapists and guests so if you do need to bring another guest with you for medical reasons please give us prior notice.
