Voucher Policy 

Validity

•    All gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated. 
•    Vouchers must be redeemed within this period and cannot be used after the expiry date.

•    Vouchers are intended to be redeemed against inhouse Amirii beauty and spa treatments only, and are not accepted by individuals who rent space, ie Aesthetics Practitioners

Booking and Redemptions 

•    To make a booking with a voucher you can book as normal (in house, over the phone or online), but we need to sync the voucher number to your booking, so you must provide the voucher number so we can assign this to your appointment. 
•    If you have booked online, or did not have the voucher with you at the time of the booking, we kindly ask that you get in touch with the number so we can efficiently complete the booking process. 

•    Vouchers must be presented at the time of paying for your appointment.

•    Any remaining balance after redemption will stay on the voucher until the expiry date.

Expiry & Extensions

•    We regret that extensions are not permitted under any circumstances.
•    Expired vouchers will be considered void and cannot be redeemed or reinstated.

Refunds

•    Gift vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit.

Transfer & Resale

•    Vouchers are intended for personal use or gifting only.
•    They may not be regifted, resold or transferred.
•    The salon is not responsible for vouchers that are lost, stolen, or obtained through unauthorised resale.

Charges

•    In accordance with our cancellation policy, any applicable late cancellation or no-show fees may be deducted from the value of the voucher.
